Hard mode:

Short mode:
Successfully complete the game under the easy or normal difficulty setting. Load the cleared saved game to toggle short mode.
Lv3PK mode:
Successfully complete the game under the hard difficulty setting with a "S" rank.
Alternate ending sequence:
Successfully complete the game under the normal or hard difficulty setting.
